People Who Fidget Are Less Likely To Be Obese

Scientists working in Germany and the US say they have found a "fidget" molecule and if you have it in your genes you are less likely to be fat. Fidgeters of the world say, "well, duh, all that moving around is good exercise".

Well, DUH indeed. I do tend to fidget sometimes when I'm bored. In reading the article from the BBC it seems people who fidget have less chances of being obese. Genome mapping still has a far way to go and we are discovering more intimate details of what builds up the human body.

Nevertheless, diet and exercise is still the best approach to a great bod!
